Over the past ten years, Presence Point® has reached people across 38 countries and 14 languages with the biblical principles of Shepherd Leadership. Founded in August 2016, the ministry marks its tenth anniversary this year, reflecting on a decade of growth rooted in a simple, enduring metaphor: shepherd and sheep. 
What began as one family’s search for healing through Scripture has grown into a global movement. Presence Point’s founder, Holly Culhane, turned to the Word during a season of personal wounds she carried with her husband, Doug — never anticipating those answers would formalize into a ministry reaching dozens of nations a decade later.
Central to this growth has been Presence Point’s network of Multiplying Partners — volunteers who carry the message of Shepherd Leadership to those they influence, fulfilling the call of 2 Timothy 2:2 to entrust what they’ve received to other faithful believers. Through this network, the ministry’s reach has expanded to 38 countries and 14 languages, with impact measured not only in geography but in changed lives: marriages restored, faith carried forward across generations, young people discovering God’s love, and leaders choosing to stay and forgive rather than walk away.

As Presence Point looks ahead to its next ten years, its mission remains unchanged: equipping shepherd leaders around the world to care well for those entrusted to them, so that the movement continues to multiply for God’s glory.
