As shepherd leaders, we all have times that we dwell on negative thoughts. In Scripture, Philippians 4 – 8, offers a way to change our thought process when we are tempted to go down this path.
Don talks about how work as a shepherd can be daunting and discouraging. But he reminds us to give it our best. Our efforts will never, ever, be in vain because we are not alone. God is with us. Always.
