Seeking the Good Shepherd
In alignment with the theme “Seek First,” Presence Point hosted a 90-minute The Leader as Shepherd workshop to the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) Outcomes 2025 Conference this April. The workshop invited participants to explore what it means to lead like the Good Shepherd — seeking Him first as they serve and sacrifice for those under their care. Forty-two leaders from a diverse range of ministries — including The Salvation Army, Cru, and Joni & Friends — engaged deeply with Scripture to better understand and apply the principles of shepherd leadership in their unique contexts. Through guided discussion and biblical reflection, participants left with renewed clarity and conviction for leading in a way that reflects Christ’s heart for His people.
