Five women from three American Heritage Girls [AHG] Troops gathered in Pennsylvania in early 2022 with 14 girls to spend a day walking through what it looks like to lead well from a biblical perspective. These ladies, who serve in a variety of leadership roles in these AHG troops, had collaborated diligently on the content for the day. Using the online, on-demand Teen/Young Adult version of the “Leadership from the Shepherd’s Perspective” workshop and their own skills, knowledge, and gifts, they provided such a life-impacting and memorable experience that at least two of the participants (ages 12-17) asked if they could repeat the day and facilitate the opportunity for other girls!
