When you’ve served on a Board together, trained in an individual’s ministry environment, and spent time with the people on a leader’s team, you may know more about them than you ever desired! But…. in the case of Bobby Arkills, Executive Director of Tacoma Area Youth for Christ, the 10+ years I’ve done exactly that has only solidified the need to share his thoughts on shepherd leadership with others.
