Kate wears a lot of shepherding hats. She is a pastor’s wife and mom with three children. She’s also the church campus director for more than 200 kids, from babies through 5th grade. She shares an encouraging story of living intentionally and being sensitive to God’s calling.
Presence Point equips leaders to intentionally live into their calling as shepherds in the lives of those they lead, and partners with multipliers to do the same within their sphere of influence.
What does it really mean to lead the way a shepherd leads? This complimentary devotional from Holly Culhane unpacks the biblical model of provision, protection, and presence — The Leader’s Shield — and what it looks like when it’s lived out in all your relationships.
