Stephen Kaiss, Executive Director of Metro Maryland Youth for Christ, and his leadership team are dear Presence Point partners. They have been committed to implementing the shepherd leadership concept since our first workshop with their team several years ago and have not only connected their Board with the message through a workshop directed to the Board role, but also are preparing to pilot the Teen/Young Adult workshop with the young leaders.
