Shepherd in Action Tami Heim is president and CEO of the Christian Leadership Alliance. She and Holly Culhane met and became friends 8 years ago when Tami was sitting and praying at a conference and Holly felt drawn by the Holy Spirit to pray for her.
Tami encourages shepherd leaders to embrace the unique gifts that God gives us, especially our presence. You are the only person who can give your presence to someone. It’s a unique gift to share with someone for God’s glory and purpose.
