Wahid and Laila Wahba are Egyptian Christ-followers who believe deeply in training Christian leaders in the Middle East. So much so that they launched the Middle East Training Leadership Institute (MELTI) based in Cairo, Egypt for the purpose of doing exactly that. Both are willing to risk their lives for the mission they’ve been called to: spread the Gospel and to help the body of Christ grow. Holly and Doug have known the Wahba’s for nearly 20 years and treasured the opportunity they recently had to serve with them in Egypt. It’s a delight to share their shepherding story with you.
