Name

WE’VE SEEN TOO MANY LEADERS STRUGGLE AND FAIL.
WE’VE BEEN THERE.

The common thread among tired, burned out, and failed leaders?
They don’t have a holistic approach to leading those they influence.
No one taught them everything required to lead well.

Holly Culhane

FOUNDER & CEO

Holly is Founder and CEO of Presence Point®, a non-profit organization focused on equipping leaders to intentionally live into their calling as shepherds in the lives of those they influence, in every walk of life, all over the world, and in partnering with multipliers to do the same within their sphere of influence. She is also Consultant Emeritus with P•A•S Associates, an HR consulting firm she founded in 1987. Holly facilitates a number of leadership development workshops and is a Master Trainer with Lead Like Jesus. She has served on the Board of Trustees for Youth for Christ/USA, and the Board of Directors of AdelFi Credit Union, International Christian Ministries, and the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce.

Holly is available for more than Presence Point workshops. She can be an engaging guest speaker to share the wisdom of leaders as shepherds at your special event!

Doug Culhane

With 38 years as an educator before retirement, Doug conveys his knowledge from a broad range of experiences. Doug’s professional journey has included teaching a wide variety of subjects in classrooms and workshops stretching from southern California to east Africa. He serves as COO of Presence Point®, Inc., and supports the ministry in a variety of ways as he and Holly travel the world to spread the shepherd leadership message.

Doug is available for special speaking engagements and looks forward to sharing his perspective on leaders as shepherds for your next event.

Jackie Weber

VP of Multiplier Relationships & Content Development

Jackie joined Presence Point® in 2023. Although she originally hails from Southern Indiana, she represents the Presence Point team from her home base of Medford, Oregon, in the USA. As her title suggests, Jackie’s top priorities are to provide ongoing support to shepherd leadership multipliers around the world and assist with developing biblically based content such as 30-Day Challenges, Bible studies, and devotionals. If you’ve joined the Presence Point Global Prayer Call, then you’ve met Jackie and may know that this global connection is one of her responsibilities. She’s so good at relating to people from a variety of cultural backgrounds! Prior to joining our team, Jackie honed her leadership and writing skills in non-profit healthcare as Chief Quality Officer, in Christian higher education as xxxxxx, and in church women’s ministry in leadership and Bible study development. She is graciously and patiently supported by her husband of 28 years, Stefan, and by their two grown children, who have ministries and growing families of their own. Oh, and we mustn’t forget her biggest fan and most loyal coworker, Cooper the yellow lab. Be sure to watch for Cooper in Zoom calls with Jackie!

Amanda

Virtual Project Manager

Amanda joined the Presence Point team as our virtual Project Manager in 2022 and assists with workshop preparation, scheduling and meeting coordination, and internal and external communications. Working virtually in this type of role for 14 years, Amanda brings experience and innovation to the Presence Point team! An Iowan through and through, Amanda is a Midwest girl who enjoys being mom to her 12-year-old daughter, a competitive swimmer and violinist, and 9-year-old son, an avid soccer and basketball player.  She and her daughter enjoy leading the kindergarten Sunday school class at their church and she has recently started volunteering as a hospice companion, leaning into her former occupation as a Recreation Therapist at long-term care facilities.  A fun fact: Amanda and her son are learning to play the drums! So don’t be surprised if you hear the three of them bringing a little background music to the Presence Point blogs from time to time!
